Those wildside demos (2 cds) that have been floating around the web are awesome I find some of the material stronger than on the released album.
Now if only Stevie could get king of the hill released !

Hope they do the band justice with some kewl band pics, ermm on a negative note the tracklist was not as impressive as it could be.
Hopefully Stevie will put more young gunns tracks on more sunset strip volumes !!

It's cool that this stuff is getting out, but does Stevie really have the rights to all this stuff?? I'm just curious because I e-mailed him one time and he sent me a list that basically looked like any other demo list you would see, but with all CA bands, and all for ridiculous prices. Like $5-$15 for each 3-5 song demo. I was thinking there was no way that he could have tons of official copies, so I was thinking they must be just copies of original demos. I had most everything he had anyway, but I thought it was ridiculous what he was asking for those things, and I think they were all cassettes.....but I'm just not too sure about that guy.

I think the sunset strip volume will be interesting, feel short changed with only 12 tracks though.
Also I get the feeling some of those really good demos from youn gunns/wildside will still not be available on an official cd.
Not sure people want 2 hear the later wildside songs hes included. Ive got around 22 demo tracks (away from home on laptop - missing my music !) so was disappointed to hear the release has 14.
Also not pleased having demos of songs that are already released, hope they are really good versions and not just the same stripped down or sound crappy.
Hope he has time to put Tryx on and some Swingin thing demos. Also that band on Cateyez avatar which i have some demos of ... ermm name escapes me.
Heh Glamfly, did Imagine world peace ever record songs/demos ?

Yeah, they have some demo tunes. I don't have any myself, but I'm pretty sure that a few members here have them.

Skin N Bones, the name of the band on my avatar is PLAY ROUGH...they were a local Memphis band that put out 2 demo tapes and had a sound similar to a sleazy version of SouthGang....the singer and guitarist are now in a band called Nation....nothing like the Play Rough material. Hey Dan, did ya see the RINGS OF SATURN 11 track cd on that site??....sounds fishy after it took us so long to track down demos from that band.

No, I didn't. I actually didn't look at the site, but I will now. I would like to hear more if it is Rings of Saturn.
